We process your Personal Data  to include you in our talent pool for future vacancies is only with your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You have the right to opt-out at any time. If your application is successful, we retain the Personal Data for the duration of your employment with us, and beyond based on statutory retention periods. If we do not employ you, we will delete your Personal Data when accordant time limits for legal actions have lapsed, unless you consented to be included in our talent pool. If you wish to be included in our talent pool, we store your Personal Data for 3 years after you have consented.
